How do I buy something? (This is genuinely frequently asked)
Once you have chosen the product(s) that you wish to buy, select 'add to cart', click on the ‘basket’ and then ‘Checkout’. You will need to enter your Paypal details to complete your order. Check that your address, order and payment details are correct and then confirm your order. you do not require an 'account' with us to buy or even with Paypal, you can proceed as a guest.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Paypal accepts all card payment methods as well as giving you the option of using an existing Paypal debit account.
Can I add to / amend an existing order (Including Delivery Address)?
Unfortunately not; we process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, as a result, the processing time is too short to manage amendments effectively.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled; this is an easier process if the cancellation notification occurs within the processing period of 1-2 working days as goods are unlikely to have been dispatched.
In the event your order has already been dispatched, you can return it within 28 days of receipt. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used.
We will issue a refund of any unused items once we are in receipt. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment. It is important to keep the proof of postage however, we will not refund the value of your postage costs to return the item.

What are the delivery charges & how long will it take?
We offer FREE DELIVERY to your selected address on all our standard cards to the UK mainland only. We use Royal Mail and delivery can take 1-3 working days to arrive from dispatch. Please be aware that in some cases delivery can be delayed due to issues beyond our control, particularly during peak times. No tracking service is provided.
For international orders additional fees may apply.
